The regular general staff meeting on Golden Monday was held on the implementation of the National Food Fortification Program in the food and beverage sector.

The authority carries out various activities to create awareness about the implementation of the standards issued by the country in the process of protecting food and health. Therefore, today, on 10/2/2018, the general staff of the institution was given an awareness session on food fortification and the ingredients that healthy food should contain.

The training was given by the Director of Food and Beverage Institutions, Ato Estefanos Getachew, and they received extensive training on food systems, food fortification, fortified food standards, the things needed to fortify food and its implementation, as well as the problems encountered.

In addition, the leadership and staff of the authority expressed their great joy at the recognition and award given to them, as the role of the authority is significant in the results achieved by our country in the Matriculation Level III.
