Addis Ababa Food and Drug Authority Deputy Manager of Competence Sector, Ms. Tigust Bedada, who attended the program, said that many people-oriented activities are being carried out widely during the summer goodwill program and that we are ensuring the benefit of the community, and today we were able to provide free medical services at the Gergesenon Mental Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Gulele Food and Medicine Office Coordinator Ms. Mekdes Kassa, for her part, said that today, 189 patients at the center were provided with diabetes tests, blood pressure tests, kidney tests, mental illness tests, and necessary laboratory tests, along with medicine. In addition to the treatment, hygiene supplies, clothing, oil, and flour totaling 285,000 birr were provided, and the work will continue in coordination with other stakeholders.
