The FGO branch office has called on health institutions to renew their licensing on time in the 2019 fiscal year and to complete their preparations.
In a consultation forum attended by private health institution owners, pharmacy owners, and traditional medicine service providers, institutions were asked to prepare in advance by meeting the required documents, human resource requirements, and other standards to successfully complete the renewal of their licensing, which will be held from July 1 to August 30, 2019 A.D.
It was stated that all health institutions should complete their renewal within the set time by meeting the appropriate requirements, which will help institutions protect themselves from unnecessary penalties.
The branch office's general manager, Sister Munira Negash, said that health facility owners should provide reliable, safe and quality health services to the community by managing their facilities in accordance with the established standards, conducting qualification renewal on time through the online system launched by the authority, employing licensed and qualified professionals, and continuously improving the quality of service.
The timely completion of qualification renewal plays a vital role in improving the quality of service, ensuring patient safety, and making the health sector more effective. Therefore, the authority calls on all facilities to complete their renewal at the 11th Dum Branch Office on time and contribute to the construction of quality health services.
