The Directorate of Health Institutions and Professionals Supervision of the Addis Ababa Food and Drug Authority is preparing a coherent, transparent and consistent KPI plan that will strengthen the institution’s performance direction for the 2019 fiscal year.
During the planning process, the Deputy General Manager of the Authority’s Regulatory Sector, Ato Enga Erekta, stated that creating a common understanding before planning is fundamental for successful implementation. He also emphasized that the plan to be prepared should be clear, transparent, measurable and risk-based control-oriented.
He also emphasized that critical activities should be appropriately included in the plan to achieve the 2019 fiscal year KPI goals, stating that the planning process will help increase the institution’s efficiency and service quality.
