Addis Ababa Food and Drug Authority, in collaboration with Menelik Health Sciences College, held a discussion with management members and research team members on four research papers it is studying, focusing on customer, community and employee satisfaction and service quality.
The research paper is stated to be a tool to clearly identify the level of customer, community and employee satisfaction, to identify gaps in service quality and operations, to enable the institution to make decisions based on research-based information, and to serve as a starting point for future work plans and directions.
A joint review forum was held with management members regarding the study, and suggestions were given for improvements to the effectiveness of the study on the technical procedures used for the study, the presentation of the text, the comparability and relevance of the study, and other ideas.
