Training was provided on service and service standardization.

Addis Ababa Food and Drug Authority provided awareness training to general employees and managers on the concept, importance and benefits of service and service standardization.

The training was conducted by Ato Mebratu Ta'me, Director of the Authority's Service Delivery Support and Monitoring and Evaluation Directorate, who provided a comprehensive explanation and explanation on the nature and characteristics of service, the nature and frameworks of standardization, the characteristics of standards, importance and benefits, and how to satisfy customers.

The participants of the training also commented that the training was good and builds and strengthens the employees, and that the training should be strengthened in a consistent manner by including various topics.

Finally, the Deputy General Manager of the Authority's Regulatory Sector, Ato Enga Ereketa, conveyed the message that training will be provided continuously in terms of each department, including other topics, that we should all measure the benefits of the work we do, and that we should act as if we were our own and work with quality in providing services.
