The Mayor's Office Supervision Team conducted a supervision review of the activities carried out by the Authority in the first six months of the fiscal year.

The Supervision Team, formed by the Mayor's Office in Addis Ababa City Administration, conducted a supervision review of the activities carried out by the Addis Ababa Food and Drug Authority in the first six months of the 2018 fiscal year.

The members of the Support and Monitoring Team also conducted an in-depth review of the activities carried out by the Authority in the first half of the 2018 fiscal year, focusing on service delivery, use of technology, creating a comfortable working environment, preventing theft and corruption, use of media and other topics.

The supervision team, in its conclusion, stated that the authority is implementing a wide range of activities and that the strong work that has been started should be continued and that the issues that need to be addressed and the gaps identified in the audit should be identified in a checklist and worked on with attention.

Finally, the leadership of the authority explained that the ideas and comments provided were instructive and informative, and that the issues that need to be corrected will be worked on with attention in the future.
